What AloTR does for you

For banks and operators such as Vakıfbank, QNB and Vodafone, AloTR dials the number and keys in the menu choices that reach an agent. You hold the phone and wait.

Siren and SOS light
The Emergency tab holds a siren that sounds while you hold it, even on silent, a flashlight that flashes SOS, and one-tap calls to 112 and 183.
Your own short list
Save the lines you call most to My List. The bank, the gas company and the doctor’s appointment line stay one tap from the first screen.
Opens without internet
The whole directory lives inside the app, so the list opens when mobile data is gone. The call itself still needs a phone signal.

The emergency lines, the siren and the SOS light are free. Premium unlocks every category and unlimited favorites, and removes the ads.

Questions
Which number do I call in an emergency in Türkiye?
Call 112. It answers medical emergencies and can direct your call in any other emergency. The separate lines still work too: 155 for the police, 156 for the gendarmerie, 110 for the fire brigade and 122 for AFAD.
Is AloTR free?
The download is free, and so are the emergency lines, the siren and the SOS light, with a small ad banner. Premium unlocks all ten categories and unlimited favorites, and removes the ads. Apple bills it, and you can cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Does AloTR know where I am?
No. The app never asks for your location. You pick your province yourself, and that choice and your saved lines stay on your iPhone.
How does the shortcut to a person work?
iPhones can send keypresses after a call connects. For lines where we know the menu path, AloTR adds those keys to the call, with pauses, so the menu hears them as if you pressed them. Banks change their menus now and then; if a shortcut stops working, tell us.
Can I use AloTR in English?
Yes. The app opens in Turkish, because the lines are Turkish. To switch, open the iPhone Settings app, tap AloTR, then Language, and pick yours. The app is translated into more than 100 languages.
How current are the numbers?
The numbers ship inside the app and change with app updates. Companies do change their lines, so if one stops working, email us and we will fix it.
