Check that your new iPhone uses the Apple Account you bought Premium with. Then open AloTR and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Apple bills every AloTR subscription, so Apple handles changes too. Open your Apple subscriptions, pick AloTR, and change or cancel it there.
